Ever since I was a little girl, I have been obsessed with creating. Whether I was writing a book or directing a made-up play, making clay ornaments around christmas time, or exploring my many alter ego's with dress up... I was always creating. Now that I am old enough, I realize that the obsession will never leave.

 

    In middle school, while everyone was deciding whether they wanted to be a nurse or a teacher- I decided I was going to be a celebrity hair and makeup artist.

 

   In high school, when everyone joined their sports teams, I joined the journalism and yearbook squads. Knowing the curriculum did not have much to offer to a student pursuing the Cosmetology route, I decided I would  focus on writing since that was another long time passion of mine.

 

   During my senior year of high school, I was yearning to get started on my future. After doing a best friends hair and makeup for her senior pictures, I got a call from the photographer expressing how much she loved my work and how she was interested in working with me. I did not hesitate to take the opportunity. Fortunately for me, many opportunities followed after this. Even before starting school, I was given the opportunity to do things I used to dream of and I quickly started perfecting my craft. Not only had I begun falling more in love with hair and makeup, but I also noticed a new passion of mine appearing- business! I fell in love with marketing my name and building my brand. 

 

   In hopes of becoming a creative director, entrepreneur and motivational speaker, my next endeavors include earning a marketing degree and continuing to build my name locally and nationally. 

 

   As you keep up with me, you will soon realize that I believe anything is possible. It just depends on how bad you want it. Stop dreaming and set goals. Opportunities are endless. Bash down doors and show the world how it is done. I've decided there is no other way to live.
