Over the course of three months...
Since falling in love with the business side of the beauty industry, I have began to really focus on marketing myself while studying at Paul Mitchell. Once I graduate from Paul Mitchell with my cosmetology license, I plan on furthering my education by earning a degree in marketing. I absolutely love marketing my name and making a brand for myself while at Paul Mitchell.
After recieving my first scorecard in November, I quickly realized how important my numbers will play in to my success. It created a benchmark for me to set realistic goals for the months to come.
If there is one thing I am very proud about at school, it is how I have reached the goals I have set and the numbers I have retained.
Below, I have listed and labeled the individual scorecards I have recieved at the end of each month. To the right, I have added my scorecard that has all of the months (3.5) I have been out on the floor combined.
